Great food at a reasonable price! The flavors were authentic and everything tasted freshly made. The atmosphere had a very homey, comfortable vibe like a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Service was friendly and casual. Definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m craving comforting Chinese food. Took off one star just because the wait time was a little longer than expected, but overall a great experience!

The TongSui are tasty and not too sweet. AI Char Koay Teow and porridge taste good and the portion is okay. Very nice place to have tea time or supper. Atmosphere very comfortable and quiet.

Tuck in a small housing community, I found this place by accident….Love the Tong Sui here, mango pamelo sago…. Yummy, green bean soup perfect old taste…. Mochi is excellent chewy black sesame purging out only to be coupled with tasty peanuts… satisfying… and unexpectedly the Char Keow Teow…. My god, first munch of the mix keow teow surprises me… it’s as yummy if not better than many shout-about keow teow stall in Penang….

This is a nice home cook (煮炒) restaurant in Penang. The restaurant has expanded from one shop house to 3 shop houses in this Lembah Permai 32 branch. So, it represents good business. The decor is basic (may be it reflects the home style feel) but it is air-conditioned and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. You may choose to sit at the covered outdoor area if the temperature is not too hot. The food is really good. This is one of the home cook restaurants in Penang that you should try.

The shop is facing a park near a residential area. The Tai-Chi soup, which is a combination of peanut and black sesame soup is smooth and not bad. We preferred the taste of the peanut soup, which is more fragrant, compared to the black sesame which is abit lacking. The tang yuan is sesame filling. The skin is soft and has a decent texture, but the flavour is so-so. The sweet potato soup with ginger is abit sweeter, but still good. The guilingao does not have enough herbal kick, and tasted abit more like grass jelly. The syrup provided however, is quite nice, and has a floral fragrance. Nothing fancy about the shop, just an average tongsui spot. The restaurant looks abit dodgy from the outside, because of the black walls and ceiling.

Nice place to get some desert. The desert is good and not to sweet. When we came they have new menu ice cream coffee. It's good but i think its to sweets for me. The wantan is good you can taste mala in the soup. Its red but not to hot.
